We start with helping you choose the right house for you, which not only includes the size of the house and its amenities, but also what will fit into your budget and what you can qualify for with a lender. We have a close-knit group of builders and contractors that at any given time have upwards of 10 houses available for purchase. All the homes we sell are updated with all the modern conveniences which can include new Kitchens, Bathrooms, Heating and A/C, Carpet, Paint, Stainless Steel Appliances and much more. These homes are turnkey and ready to move into.

The next step after choosing your home is qualifying for the loan to purchase it. We have Credit counselors to help if you have any collections or bad credit history. We will help you get started if you just don’t have any credit history.

After you are cleaned up or your credit is within the parameters, we will send you to the Mortgage Broker who will start you on the final step to buying a house.

Not a lot of buyers these days have the money for a down payment. Luckily, we can also help you with that. There are free grants from the State of Maryland and the City of Hagerstown that can help you with as much as $11,000 towards your down payment and closing costs. In most cases, if you qualify, you will not have to bring any money to
closing.
